Privacy policy

Last updated 28 October 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you use noctismedia.co, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we only collect what you send us and how the site is used, we use it only for our own work, and we never sell it.

Who we are

This website is run by Noctis Group, the company behind Noctis Media. We decide how your data is used, which makes us responsible for it. For anything about your data, email legal@noctismedia.co.

What we collect

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, email and message, and lets you add your company, a subject and the services you are interested in. Everything you fill in is sent to our inbox.

When you apply to partner with us

The partner form asks for your name, email, phone number, your Instagram or TikTok handle, your follower and view ranges, your industry, the content you make and a message. It opens your own email app, so the application reaches us as an email you send.

When you browse the site

We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site: the pages you visit, roughly where you are (country and city), the device and browser you use and the site that sent you. It does not tell us who you are. Visitors in the EU, the UK and Switzerland are asked first and analytics only runs if they accept. The cookie policy has the details and lets you change your choice.

Like every website, our hosting keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and talk about working together.
  • To review partner applications and get back to creators.
  • To run the work we agree on, if you become a client or partner.
  • To understand how the site is used and make it better.

We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not use your data for advertising.

Our legal basis

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on:

  • Steps before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering you, when you send us a form.
  • Your consent for analytics cookies where consent is required. You can withdraw it at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
  • Legal obligations, for records we have to keep once we work together.

Who we share it with

We never sell, rent or trade your data. It is used only by us. A few services handle it on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:

  • Google (Google Workspace for our email, Google Analytics for site statistics).
  • Resend, which delivers the contact form to our inbox and sends you a confirmation.
  • Vercel, which hosts the website.

Some of these companies store data in the United States. Where your data leaves the EU or UK, it is protected by the safeguards these providers offer, such as the EU's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages and applications for up to two years, then delete them. If you become a client or partner, we keep what we need for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires after that. Google Analytics keeps site statistics for no longer than 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • show you the data we hold about you and send you a copy,
  • correct it,
  • delete it,
  • stop or limit how we use it, or
  • send it to you or another company in a common format.

Email legal@noctismedia.co and we will reply within one month. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Keeping it safe

The site runs over HTTPS, our inboxes are protected and only the people at Noctis who need your data can see it.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and creators, not for children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update it here and change the date at the top. Questions are always welcome at legal@noctismedia.co.
